The service provided by Medstar ambulance of Mendocino County, Inc. was average. The staff was professional and prompt in their response to my emergency. However, I felt that the level of care could have been better. The paramedics seemed a bit disorganized and there was a lack of communication between them. Overall, an okay experience.
