I recently had the opportunity to use this logistics company for my gourmet food delivery needs, and I must say that my experience was quite average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the order process smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected, leaving my perishable items slightly compromised. 😕 The customer service was responsive but lacked a personal touch.
