Crossfirst bank is a bank that I have been using for a few years now, and I must say, it has been an overall average experience. The customer service is decent, but nothing exceptional. The online banking platform is functional, but it could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness. The only reason I continue to bank with them is because of the convenience of their branch locations. I wouldn't say it's a great bank, but it gets the job done.
