I had an average experience with Engineered Controls International. Their products are good, but their customer service needs improvement. The website is easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. However, when I had a question about one of their products, it took them a long time to respond, and their reply was not very helpful. Overall, their products are decent, but I expected better customer service.
