The Portal provided satisfactory service. The website, arlingtonbusinesspark.co.uk, was easy to use and provided all the information I needed. However, there were a few issues along the way that could have been handled better. The staff was helpful, but there was room for improvement in terms of efficiency. Overall, the experience was decent and I would recommend The Portal to others.
