I recently switched to Banca familia and I must say I am quite disappointed. Their website is confusing and difficult to navigate. The mobile app lacks essential features and is slow to respond. The customer service is also below par, with long waiting times and unhelpful staff. I regret choosing Banca familia as my bank.
