I have mixed feelings about NCP. While their website is easy to use and has a great selection of products, I had some issues with their customer service. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable. However, I must admit that the quality of the product I purchased was excellent. Overall, it was a somewhat positive experience.
