I had such a wonderful experience at Prema Yoga Schule Zürich! The instructors were friendly, and the classes were exceptional. The studio is beautifully designed with plenty of natural light. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. I loved the emphasis on alignment and mindfulness throughout the practice. Highly recommended! ✨🧘‍♀️
