I've been attending yoga classes regularly and stumbled upon Power Yoga Canada. The classes are good, but I feel there's room for improvement. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, but sometimes lack enthusiasm and energy. As for the studio, it's clean and well-equipped, but the space feels a bit cramped during peak hours. It would be great if they expanded and offered more variety in their class schedule. Overall, it's an alright experience, but not exceptional.
