I recently enrolled my child in the tutoring program offered by brightkidsnyc.com. The website was user-friendly and provided comprehensive information about their services. However, I found the actual tutoring experience to be just average. The teachers were knowledgeable, but the communication with parents could have been better. The progress reports lacked detail, and I wished for more personalized feedback. 🤔 Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to similar programs. On the positive side, the online portal for scheduling and accessing materials was convenient. Overall, my experience was okay, but there are areas for improvement to make it a more fulfilling experience for both parents and students.
