I recently purchased a two-way radio from this company's website and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, and I was able to find the product I was looking for without any issues. The ordering process was smooth and I received the radio within the estimated delivery time.

However, the product itself was just average in terms of quality. It worked fine, but I wasn't overly impressed with its performance. The sound quality was decent, but I found the range to be somewhat limited compared to other radios I have used in the past.

Customer service was also average. I had a minor issue with my order and contacted their support team, but it took them a few days to respond and resolve the issue. Their response was satisfactory, but I expected a quicker resolution.

Overall, my experience with this company and their two-way radio was average. It met my basic needs, but I wasn't wowed by the product or the customer service.
