I have been with Cunninghame Housing Association Ltd for several years now, and I must say their services have been average. While they do provide the basic necessities, there is room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes the response time for maintenance requests can be quite slow. Overall, it's an okay experience.
