Innovative home mortgage is an average company. The service they provided was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The process of getting a mortgage was smooth, but I felt like I had to do a lot of the work myself. The interest rates were decent, but I was able to find better rates at other institutions. Overall, I would say they are an average mortgage company.
