I had an excellent experience with Alta Physical Therapy and Pilates! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and provided personalized care. The exercises and techniques they taught me were beneficial and helped me recover from my injury. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Alta PT and Pilates to anyone in need of physical therapy!
