I recently went on a vacation booked with Promotour, and it was an average experience. The staff was helpful, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The itinerary was decent, but I felt that some activities were rushed. The hotels chosen were comfortable, but the service could have been better. The tour guides were knowledgeable, but there wasn't much interaction with them. Overall, it was an okay holiday, but I expected more.
