I've been a customer of Mirai tech for over a year now and I must say, their services are just average. The customer support is responsive, but the overall performance of their products can definitely be improved. I'm particularly disappointed with the slow loading speeds of their website. However, their pricing plans are quite competitive, so I can't complain.
