As a CUSTOMER of Load-road, I must say that my experience was quite positive. The services provided by them were satisfactory, and the website teplotea.com was easy to navigate. I had no issues placing my order, and the delivery was prompt. The only downside was that the packaging could have been better, as some of the items were slightly damaged. Nonetheless, I would consider using their services again.
