The quality of Kuterra salmon is average. I expected more, given the rave reviews. It's not bad, but it's not outstanding either. The texture is nice, but the flavor is lacking. I found the fish to be a bit bland and lacking in richness. Overall, it's an okay choice if you're in a pinch and need salmon, but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it again.
