I recently visited a car dealership in Eugene and had a mixed experience. The showroom was well-maintained and the staff appeared professional and knowledgeable. However, the process of selecting a vehicle and finalizing the purchase felt a bit disorganized and took longer than expected. The sales representative was friendly but seemed to lack strong knowledge about the specific models and options available. While the dealership had a good selection of vehicles, the overall customer experience left something to be desired. The financing process was straightforward, but the overall transaction felt a bit impersonal. The service department, on the other hand, was efficient and the technicians were attentive to my needs. Overall, I would describe my experience as average.
