I found the website to be visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the customer service. There were delays in receiving responses to my inquiries, and I felt that my concerns weren't given the attention they deserved. On the positive side, the information on the website was informative and helpful, and the products seemed to be of high quality. I think there's potential for improvement in terms of customer support. Overall, an average experience. 🤔
