I've been taking swimming lessons with Physique Swimming for a few months now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and provide individualized attention. They are patient and supportive, creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere for learning. The lessons are well-paced and focus on building technique and confidence. I've seen significant improvement in my swimming abilities since starting with Physique Swimming. Highly recommended!
