I recently used this tax service for the first time and had an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and had helpful information. However, I was not impressed with the level of customer service. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The tax preparer I worked with seemed knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm and didn't go above and beyond in explaining certain deductions and credits that I could potentially qualify for. The pricing was fair and competitive compared to other tax services I've used in the past. While the overall experience was average, I would consider using this company again if they improve their customer service and provide a more personalized experience.
