I recently completed a course at École nationale supérieure de pâtisserie (ensp) and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The instructors were highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they provided us with a strong foundation in patisserie techniques. The curriculum was well-organized and covered both theory and practical aspects. The facilities were top-notch, with modern equipment and a well-equipped kitchen. The hands-on practice sessions were a highlight, allowing us to apply what we learned and create delicious pastries. I would highly recommend ensp to anyone passionate about pastry making!
