The Portal provided a decent service. The website, arlingtonbusinesspark.co.uk, was helpful in finding the information I needed. However, I felt that the overall experience could have been better. The staff was helpful, but there were a few hiccups along the way. Despite that, the end result was satisfactory. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
