I have been a customer of Down town feather for the past five years, and I must say, their products are average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I find the quality of their feather products to be just mediocre. The feather pillows I purchased flatten out quickly, and the feather comforters don't provide enough warmth. However, their customer service is great and they promptly addressed my concerns whenever I contacted them.
