I have been a loyal customer of this company for years now, and I have to say that their service has been consistently average. While they do have a good selection of wines, the prices are a bit on the higher side compared to other online wine stores. However, their customer service is decent and they always respond promptly to any inquiries or issues. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
