I had an average experience with Civil solutions engineering & management. The website csem-az.com was easy to navigate and provided me with the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, they were adequate but there is definitely room for improvement.
