I recently had an eye surgery at Dr. Herbert J. Bell, P.A. and I must say it was a truly great experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Bell himself was knowledgeable and skilled, and he explained everything to me in detail.
