I recently used the services of this company for my child's academic needs. The consultants on their website promised a lot, but the results were just average. The website was easy to navigate, and their customer service was satisfactory. However, the actual services provided did not meet my expectations. The tutors assigned to my child seemed knowledgeable, but the sessions lacked engagement and innovation. The company claims to go beyond the classroom, but I did not see any significant difference in my child's learning experience. The prices were reasonable, but I expected more value for my money. Overall, while the company did not completely disappoint me, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of their services.
