I bought some feeding products from their website. The quality of the products is good, but I felt that the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other brands. The customer service was satisfactory, but it took longer than expected to receive a response to my query. However, the products were delivered on time and as described. I would consider purchasing from Kiinde again, but I hope they can work on their pricing.
