I recently started practicing Pilates and EHS Pilates has been a great place to do so. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. The studio itself is clean and well-equipped. The classes are challenging but also fun. I feel like I'm getting a great workout without feeling overwhelmed. I highly recommend checking out EHS Pilates if you're interested in trying Pilates.
