I recently purchased tiles from Rak ceramics and my experience was average. The quality of the tiles was satisfactory, but the service could've been better. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. However, the prices were competitive, which is why I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Overall, it was an average experience.
