As a customer, I must say that Vnu retail group is doing an average job. Their website venue.com is easy to navigate and their product range is decent. However, I have had a few issues with their customer service. The response time was a bit slow and I felt like my concerns weren't fully addressed. Overall, they're not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement.
