I recently booked a trip through Celtic Crossings and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made booking my trip a breeze. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did receive a response, it was not very helpful.

The accommodations provided by Celtic Crossings were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The hotels were clean and comfortable, but lacked that special touch. However, the itinerary they provided was well-thought-out and allowed me to experience the highlights of my destination.

One area where Celtic Crossings excelled was in the transportation. The drivers were punctual and professional, making sure to get us to our destinations safely and on time.

Overall, my experience with Celtic Crossings was average. While they provided a decent trip and reliable transportation, the lack of responsive customer service and average accommodations left me feeling underwhelmed.
