I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of an executive search company, and I chose to go with izs.com. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a professional appearance. However, the level of customer service I received left much to be desired. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Additionally, the candidates presented to me were not exactly what I had in mind for the position. They lacked the skills and experience I was looking for, which was disappointing. While the company did eventually find a suitable candidate, it took longer than expected. In the future, I would consider other options before choosing to work with izs.com again.
