I recently used Prestige Printing and Graphics for a printing job and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and has a user-friendly layout. However, the customer service was not exceptional. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The quality of the printing was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The pricing was competitive, but I felt that the value for money could have been better. The delivery was on time, which was a positive aspect. In terms of professionalism, the staff was courteous but could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. While there were some positives, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and value for money.
