I had an average experience with the Florida-caribbean cruise association. The overall service was satisfactory, but I expected more from such a renowned company. The staff was polite and helpful, but the cruise activities were quite limited. The food options were also average, without any standout dishes. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't rave about it.
