I recently had the opportunity to engage with an organizational consulting firm and was drawn to The Buda Rowe Group. Their website, budarowe.com, provides a comprehensive overview of their services and expertise. However, my experience with the company was somewhat average overall. While their consultants were knowledgeable and professional, I found that their recommendations lacked the innovative edge I was hoping for. Additionally, their communication could have been more prompt and proactive. That being said, they did deliver on their promises and provided some valuable insights for our organization's growth strategy. Although I was expecting a bit more, I appreciate the effort and expertise they brought to the table.
