Eurocity insurance co.ltd is an average insurance company. Their policy rates are competitive, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had to wait on hold for over an hour just to speak to a representative. Once I finally got through, they were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, I would say their service is mediocre at best.
