I have been a customer of Ceba Systems for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I have found their customer support to be lacking. Their response time is slow, and sometimes it takes days to get a resolution to my issues. However, I do appreciate the fact that they have a blog where they share helpful information related to their products and services.
