My experience with Radiant Event Technology was a bit mixed. Although the equipment they provided was decent, there were some technical glitches during the event that caused disruptions. The website was easy to use, but the customer support was not very responsive. It could have been better if they were more prompt in addressing concerns. Overall, it was an average experience, and I believe there is room for improvement.
