I have been a customer of Fetch Pet Boutique for several years now, and I must say that overall, my experience has been average. The products they offer are of decent quality, and the staff is generally helpful. However, there have been a few instances where the customer service has been lacking. I understand that mistakes happen, but it can be frustrating when these mistakes are not rectified in a timely manner. Despite these issues, I continue to shop at Fetch Pet Boutique because they have a good selection of items for my furry friends.
