I recently had the opportunity to work with a digital marketing company and decided to give Icon Internet Media a try. Their website, icon-media.com, seemed professional and promised great results. However, my experience with them was just average.

I found their customer service to be adequate, but nothing exceptional. The representatives were generally responsive and helpful, although sometimes it took a bit longer than expected to get a response.
