As a customer, I must say that Luks lighting is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but I have experienced some issues with their customer service. The staff seemed a bit unprofessional and unresponsive to my inquiries. However, their prices are competitive, and they have a wide range of lighting options to choose from. Overall, I would rate them as average.
