The service provided by Adtrans, inc. is average. I was hoping for a better experience when I used their website adtransinc.com. However, it did not meet my expectations. The interface is not user-friendly and the overall navigation is confusing. They need to improve their website design and make it more intuitive. Apart from that, the customer support was good and they were responsive to my queries.
