I had a mixed experience with Medica cdp. Overall, the service was below average. The website was user-friendly, but the customer support was quite unresponsive. I faced some technical issues while using their platform, and it took them a long time to address them. It was frustrating, to say the least. However, their pricing was competitive, and I appreciate that. I hope they improve their customer support in the future.
