I recently used the services of a home care company. The experience was satisfactory, but there were a few areas where they could improve. The staff members were professional and courteous, but I found the customer support to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my queries, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the service provided was good, but there is room for improvement.
