I recently used the services of this company for installing new flooring in my home. I found the process to be straightforward and the website was easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information. However, I encountered a delay in receiving a response to my initial inquiry, which was a bit frustrating. The installation team did a decent job, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, the quality of the flooring materials was average and the customer service could use some improvement. I appreciated the variety of options available, but the overall experience was just okay. I hope they can work on their communication and attention to detail to enhance the customer experience. 👍
