I recently engaged with this consulting firm after hearing positive feedback from a friend. While the website appeared professional and the initial communication was prompt, the overall experience was average. The consulting team seemed knowledgeable, yet I felt that the personalized attention and tailored solutions were lacking. There were some delays in delivering the promised materials, which affected the project timeline. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to other firms offering similar services. However, I do appreciate their efforts in addressing my concerns, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of delivering a more exceptional client experience.
