I recently visited an assisted living facility that I was considering for my grandmother, and I must say, I was quite disappointed. The place felt cold and clinical, and the staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than in helping the residents. Needless to say, I quickly crossed that one off my list. It's so important to find a place where your loved ones will be treated with care and respect, and unfortunately, this wasn't it.
